Refund Policy

 

All Party deposits are non-refundable, we will however allow whenever possible a change of party date subject to availability.

All Entrance fee purchases are non-refundable. We are able to transfer your booking or credit your Otterspool Adventure account if we are given AT LEAST 48 hours notice. Otterspool Adventure remains open in the rain and wet weather. Our policy of 48 hours notice remains the same in this case.

If you require to change the date of your Christmas Experience booking you must give us AT LEAST 7 days notice, if the notice period is less all bookings are now non-transferable. All changes are subject to availability and at the managers discretionAll activities in our Christmas Experience are subject to change, no refunds will be given in these circumstances.

All of our Memberships are non-refundable and are a minimum 12 month contract. Should payments be interrupted, your membership will be cancelled and outstanding balance pursued

If a payment has been made in error please contact us. Refunds are at the Directors discretion.
