We carefully adapt our adventure park to ensure a low-sensory, stress-free experience for all visitors. Every session includes:

• Reduced Capacity: We strictly cap ticket numbers to guarantee a peaceful, uncrowded environment.

• Low Sensory Impact: All park music is turned off to prevent sensory overload.

• Unlimited Play: Enjoy unlimited access to all Otterspool Adventure activities in a secure, safe environment.

• Transition Support: We make a gentle 5-to-10-minute announcement before the end of the session to help children prepare for the transition of leaving.

• Trained, Caring Team: Our supportive staff are on hand to ensure your family has a relaxed and fun visit.

Booking Information & Park Guidelines

To maintain the calm and supportive nature of these dedicated hours, we ask all guests to review our booking policies before visiting:

• Admission: Every child and adult entering the park is required to purchase an entry ticket. 

• A Respectful Environment: We ask that all customers visiting during these hours are mindful and respectful of others, remaining fully aware of the nature of the session.

• Our Code of Conduct: To protect the comfort and safety of our guests, anyone not acting appropriately for the nature of an SEN session will be asked to leave.
