How it works
Upon purchasing a membership, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your membership number. On your first visit, a photograph of your family will be taken to ensure we have the correct named family. and you’ll be issued with a membership card – this will be used to book your future sessions online and MUST be brought with you on every visit.
Our Otterspool Adventure memberships have a minimum 12 month term. The first payment is taken upon purchase with subsequent payments taken monthly automatically via your Debit/Credit Card.
This payment will go out on the same date each month. The membership is only valid for use by the named persons. The membership cannot be transferred to other guests.

Memberships are a minimum 12 month contract. They will continue rolling after your 12 month period until cancelled.
