An indoor adventure park where kids can explore, climb, jump and slide!

Please read the following carefully:

• Soft Play is open daily from 11am – 4pm

• We run sessions in our soft play every 30 minutes. These sessions start on the hour and on the half hour.
• Sessions cannot be booked online it is a first come first served basis.

• Although we provide staff to monitor usage of the play equipment as well as having access to First Aid facilities, Parents/Guardians must supervise their children at all times whilst using facilities at Otterspool Adventure.

  Under no circumstances are customers allowed to bring in their own food and drink for personal consumption. If in doubt, please ask to speak to a manager. (excludes babies).

  Children who are not well are advised not to use these facilities.

  Children must remove their shoes before playing on the equipment in the play area.

  For the reasons of hygiene children must wear socks and we advise on wearing long sleeve tops at all times.

  Food, drink, sweet, chewing gum, or any hard/ sharp object MUST not be taken into the playframe.

  Otterspool does not accept responsibility for the loss or theft of items left unattended within the main play area.

  We take any form of Physical or Verbal abuse directed towards Customers or Staff very seriously and will prosecute if deemed necessary.

• We cannot guarantee that all customers will be granted access to the soft play. No refunds will be given in this case.
