Guests can stay in the play area ALL DAY 10am – 5pm to make full use of all of our amazing activities 
 
You will select your SHOW TIME when booking.
Your show will start at the time you book. Please ensure you are on time as we cannot delay the show for latecomers and we may be unable to move you to another showtime.
All tickets are non-refundable

Show 1 – 11am – 11:30am
Meet & Greet 1 – 12:30 pm – 1pm

Show 2 – 2pm – 2:30pm
Meet & Greet 2 – 2:30pm – 3pm

All tickets are non-refundable.
We require at least 48 hours notice to cancel/ amend any bookings. If a booking is cancelled we may credit your Otterspool Adventure account to use against park entrance within the next 12 months- this is subject to availability and at managers discretion. 
Adult ticket must be purchased alongside Child’s ticket.
We are an outdoor centre with no indoor provisions.
Please dress appropriately for the weather – No refunds will be given due to poor weather conditions.
Under 1’s free when accompanied with a paying child.
