Otterspool Adventure has a café serving hot and cold food, snacks, and beverages. They also have an ice cream parlour for sweet treats. Dogs are welcome in the cafe, but not inside the Otterspool Adventure playground.

If you still have an unused Play Pass, it’s valid for 2 years from the purchase date. You can use it by paying £2 entry per person, then redeeming your remaining Plays. Once your Plays are finished, you’ll need to buy a full-day ticket to continue enjoying the park.

Yes! Memberships are available again, starting from £19 per month for one adult and one child. Memberships are a 12-month minimum contract and can be paid monthly or annually.

Unfortunately we cannot refund Play Passes or Wristbands. Play Passes are valid for 2 years, so they can be used on another date. Wristbands are valid for same-day only.

Nothing will change for you if you have an active membership! All the perks offered with your membership will remain the same.

Yes, we are more than happy to accommodate cakes and cut it for your guests. Please note that we will not accept any other foods. We encourage you to bring your own balloons and streamers. Please be considerate and bring items that are easy to clean up after the party.

Final payments are due 1 week in advance of the party. Any parties booked with less than a week’s advance will have payment due immediately.
