Introducing the ‘Play Pass’!

Just in time for May half-term, we’re bringing you something brand new at Otterspool Adventure! Get ready for the Play Pass, launching Saturday, May 24th!

Say goodbye to fixed day-rates and hello to flexible, accessible fun. With the Play Pass, you can load up Plays in advance and use them on rides and activities across the park. Most attractions are just 1 play per person, and some offer unlimited fun with a one-time fee. Passes start from only £4.50 — perfect for big days out or little bursts of fun.

To get into the park, entry is just £2.00 per person (ages 2+), which includes access to our adventure playground and friendly farm animals. This fee is separate from the Play Pass. Please note: entry prices may vary slightly on quieter or peak days.

With the Play Pass bundles, you skip the standard £4.50 fee per attraction and unlock special savings—letting you pack in more play without stretching your budget. We’ll be introducing half-hourly timeslots from 10am–4pm to help keep queues short and the fun flowing, but don’t worry, if there’s space, walk-ups are always welcome!

Current members — your memberships stay exactly the same. From May 24th, they will no longer be offered to new customers.

When does the new Play Pass system start?
The new Play Pass system will launch on Saturday, May 24th, 2025.

Can I still sign up for a membership?
From May 24th, we will no longer be offering new memberships.

If I’m already a member, what happens to my membership?
If you are currently an active member, your membership will continue as normal. After your initial 6- or 12-month commitment, your membership will automatically renew on a monthly basis unless you choose to cancel. Only members who joined before May 24th, 2025, can continue under this system. After this date, no new memberships will be available to purchase.

What is a Play Pass?
A Play Pass is a reusable card loaded with Plays. Plays are the new way to access rides and activities at Otterspool Adventure.

What is a ‘Play’?
Plays are the credits used to access attractions. Most standard activities require 1 Play per person. Pricing for each activity will be clearly displayed on-site and online.

Is there an entry fee?
Yes. All visitors aged 2 and over will pay a £2.00 entrance fee, which is separate from the Play Pass. To participate in activities and on rides, ‘plays’ are required regardless of age. *Height limits apply to some rides.

How much does a Play Pass cost?
You can choose from the following options:

• 5 Play Pass – £17.50 for 5 Plays (save £5!)
• 10 Play Pass – £35.00 for 10 Plays (save £10!)
• 20 Play Pass – £60.00 for 20 Plays (save £30!)

Can I top up or reload my Play Pass?
Yes. We can top up your Play Pass at the park whenever you need more Plays. This can only be done on-site.

Do ‘Plays’ expire?
Yes. Plays expire 24-months from purchase date.

Can I share my Play Pass with family or friends?
Yes. You can use Plays from one Play Pass for multiple people. Just use the correct number of Plays per person, per activity.

What happens if I lose my Play Pass?
Lost or stolen Play Passes can be replaced for a £5 fee. Visit our admissions desk to request a replacement.

What attractions are included in the Play Pass?
Most standard attractions cost 1 play per person. A full list of activity pricing will be available on-site and online.

• Adventure Farm – Included with entrance fee
• Playground – Included with entrance fee
• Soft Play – 1 Play per child (1 hour time limit applies)
• Bouncing Pillow – 1 Play (unlimited access)
• Go Karts – 1 Play per kart
• Adventure Golf – 1 Play per person
• Racing Rangers – 1 Play per car
• Boat rides – 1 Play per child
• Diggers – Pay per Play (contactless)
