What are the opening times?

 Is there an entrance fee?

Yes, our fee allows the user all day access and unlimited use of all of our attractions including, Adventure Golf, Bouncing Pillow, Ranger Jeeps, Mini Quad Bikes, JCB Diggers, Petting Farm and the Adventure Park. All details can be found on our prices page in the menu above.

Can we bring a picnic?

We politely request you do not bring picnics. We have gorgeous Food and Drink available in our café.

Can I bring my dog?

We politely request that you do not bring your four legged friends into the park with you on your visit. Apologies for any inconvenience.

The Otterspool Adventure Three Bears Café is dog friendly.

What happens if it rains?

Here at Otterspool Adventure we are open all season, come rain or shine. We find that most adventurers don’t mind a spot of rain so their day continues just the same. 

In wet weather, all of our activities remain open with exception of the bouncing pillows which have to be closed due to Health and Safety.

You are able to purchase rainy day insurance to protect your visit against the elements. Find out more regarding our rain day insurance here

Can I move my booking?

Bookings can be moved either online via your online account, or contacting the site given you have requested a change within 48 hours of your booking date.

Bookings cannot be changed/ amended with less than 48 hours notice. All bookings are non-refundable.
