What are your opening hours?

Can we bring a picnic?
No, picnics are not permitted at Otterspool Adventure. However, they offer a variety of food and drink options on-site.
What food options are available?
Otterspool Adventure has a café serving hot and cold food, snacks, and beverages. They also have an ice cream parlour for sweet treats. Can I bring my dog?
Dogs are welcome in the cafe, but not inside the Otterspool Adventure playground.
Is there somewhere to leave my bike or scooter?
We have bike racks available in front of the cafe. Please ask our staff if you can leave any items behind the counter.
Is there an entry fee?
Yes, everyone over the age of 1 must pay £2 entry, regardless if they have an all-inclusive wristband, Play Pass, or neither.
What is included in my £2 entry fee?
The £2 entry fee covers access to the outdoor park, adventure farm, and Toddler Town.
What is a Play Pass?
A Play Pass gives visitors access to a set number of activities at the park or attraction. It is a pre-purchased pass that allows you to enjoy different activities for a fixed price, with each activity counted as a ‘Play.’
What is a ‘Play’?
A ‘Play’ is a single use of an activity or attraction at the park, such as a turn on the go-karts, entry to a play area, or a ride. Each activity or experience is counted as one Play.
What costs 'Plays'?
Plays are typically required for attractions and activities that have a charge associated with them, such as rides, go-karts, soft play areas, and more. All details are available on https://otterspooladventurecentre.co.uk/prices/
Are Play Passes shareable?
Yes! Play passes are shareable between kids/families.
How long is a Play Pass valid for?
Play Passes are valid for 2 years from the date they are purchased. They expire after 2 years, so confirm the expiry period at the time of purchase.
Do you offer an all-inclusive wristband/ticket?
Yes! For £22.50 per child, they can access the full park with a special wristband (except for the Diggers and VR ride).
Do I still need to pay £2 entry if I get an all-inclusive wristband?
Yes, £2 entry is required for everyone who enters the park, regardless of what else they plan on purchasing.
Do adults need to purchase a wristband?
Wristbands are for children only! Almost everything is children-only, besides the VR ride and the mini golf course. If adults want to participate in adventure golf or the VR ride, they will need to purchase a Play Pass.
Where do I purchase tickets/play passes/events/shows/wristbands?
All purchases can be made through our online ticketing platform.
How much does a Play Pass or Wristband cost?
The price of a Play Pass can vary depending on the number of Plays you want to purchase or any special offers. Typically, it is priced according to the number of activities you want to enjoy. Wristbands have a set price.

Can I get a refund on my Play Pass or Wristband?
Unfortunately we cannot refund Play Passes or Wristbands. Play Passes are valid for 2 years, so they can be used on another date. Wristbands are valid for same-day only.
Do I need a Play Pass if I'm a member?
No need! Your membership continues to grant you access to the full park without an entry fee, wristband, or a Play Pass necessary.
What happens to my membership if I'm already a member?
Nothing will change for you if you have an active membership! All the perks offered with your membership will remain the same.
I ordered through Groupon, what now?
That’s great! Your entry fee is covered.
To book in advance, simply add the £2 entry per person to your cart and apply the Groupon discount code you received.
If you’d like to book a Play Pass or Wristband, make sure to add those to your cart too — Groupon only covers the admission fee at the moment.
Can I still purchase a membership?
As of May 2025, we no longer sell memberships year-round. That being said, we may put out special sales and giveaways on our social media channels and newsletter, so keep an eye out!
Do you have wheelchairs/scooters to rent?
Unfortunately we do not have anything at the moment, but are working on having them available for better accessibility in the future!
Can I pet the animals?

How do a book a party?
You can book a party online through our website. There are different packages available based on your needs.

Any party packages that are no longer on our website are no longer offered.
Can I bring decorations/a cake to my party?
Yes, we are more than happy to accommodate cakes and cut it for your guests. Please note that we will not accept any other foods. We encourage you to bring your own balloons and streamers. Please be considerate and bring items that are easy to clean up after the party.
When are party booking payments due?
Final payments are due 1 week in advance of the party. Any parties booked with less than a week’s advance will have payment due immediately.
Can I hire a character for my party?
You can bring in your own character appearances, please give us advance notice via email.
Does the café have vegan or vegetarian options?
Yes, the café offers vegan and vegetarian options. You can check the menu in advance on our website or speak to staff upon arrival.
Can I do private hire for the park?

What should we wear?
Wear comfortable, weather-appropriate clothing for a day of outdoor play. If you plan on using Sandy Splash, please bring swimwear and a towel.
Is everything still open when it rains?
We are open In case of rain, indoor activities like the soft play area remain open, but outdoor attractions may be temporarily closed for safety.
What animals do you have?
We have an assortment of animals, from fluffy bunnies and guinea pigs to scorpions and tarantulas! Stay tuned for more animals coming soon.
